HR Handbooks

This document is considered the foundation of the employer and employee relationship. Known as the ‘Bible’, it lays out expectations and behaviours in the workplace. It also provides employees with a valuable reference tool for issues such as maternity and paternity rights, rules and processes, disciplinary and grievance processes and other employee rights.
Konnect HR can either review and audit existing handbooks or it can develop a new version that is up-to-date and reflects management-designated provisions. It will also work with clients on a new area for insertion into an existing one.
A ‘ground-up’ service to construct a tailored HR Handbook that reflects the business.
All policies and processes will be up-to-date and comply with ACAS Codes of Practice. This includes all relevant documents and letters.
