Contracts of Employment

Every employer has a legal obligation to issue detailed employment particulars to new employees at the start of their employment period. This must include compulsory terms of employment that form the backbone of their contracts of employment.

This can be a daunting task, given the complexity of ER and its surrounding law. So, it is to this end that Konnect HR drafts contracts of employment that are specific to each employee type, and level. Not only are these legally compliant, but they can also be tailored to complement an Employee Handbook if required.

HR Handbooks

This document is considered the foundation of the employer and employee relationship. Known as the ‘Bible’, it lays out expectations and behaviours in the workplace. It also provides employees with a valuable reference tool for issues such as maternity and paternity rights, rules and processes, disciplinary and grievance processes and other employee rights.

Konnect HR can either review and audit existing handbooks or it can develop a new version that is up-to-date and reflects management-designated provisions. It will also work with clients on a new area for insertion into an existing one.

Retained HR Support

All businesses require different levels of support depending on their current HR structure and competencies. This generally involves additional support to ensure a team is confident in managing employees.
